It can see it being a spectacular forensic tool for viewing linked addresses and transactions. Cool to have and tinker with but I cant see a practical purpose beyond being able to trace transactions - something like for an analyst capacity and also - what would be the latency? I would damn near want to have 64 Gigs of memory to have the blockchain stored onto RAM so that its easy to navigate and search through transactions.
Like for instance, I would want an app that prunes through "X" known addresses to locate all mt gox coins. This looks like a job for Danny Hamilton |
