Until the Bitcoin market becomes more stable and accessible, I'm afraid that we're gonna be stuck in a sausage fest. :D

Bitcoin is still WAY too technical for the mainstream... Just as every computer science class I attended was 95%+ male students, the bitcoin forums are as well.
