MagesticScam Yet another scam

This is OP's second attempt to promote his scam site. Here is the first:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=817947.0

Quote
Visit the site and click on the cert of registration button. Look at the emblem on the top, it is not the official emblem of Costa Rica, no Spanish on the cert, and look at the font of the registration number. The rate of return is 200% in 14 days! It is an obvious scam.

If you enter this contest and win the prize money, you are taking money from another scammed bitcoin user. Think about this and do the right thing.

Yet another ponzi.
Please don't design for them.
If there is money in escrow then why not? Let then spend their money. Let them spend their money on advertising. Most people on this forum have enough common sense to not believe this BS and will not "invest". By creating a signature and participating in a sig campaign for a ponzi, you are only increasing their costs, while likely not getting any additional person to "invest"

Really? Do you really think anyone will fall for that 4% or more....

No

MAJESTIC-COINS (https://majesticcoins.com)
Pure 4% profit every day and more (https://majesticcoins.com)
                3% referrals bonus (https://majesticcoins.com)

   MAJESTIC-COINS (https://majesticcoins.com)

That's the Senior Code

Hero can have a background, I'd leave it alone

The rest have to be small text probably one line

If you like this sample, PM me, after you send me .20 btc I would do the other tier codes

No one is going to do all those tiers without getting paid

The invested because they were greedy and were fully aware of the risks involved in investing. The point is that just because someone is making a signature or participating in a signature campaign, no one is going to invest thinking it is legit. Word tends to spread very quickly around here so with or without a signature campaign people will find out about them

Yes,

there is no secret that HYIP don't last forever, because technically it's not possible, but nothing last forever, right?
In the past there have been projects where people where able to multiply their capital 2-3 time, you call such project SCAM too?

At the moment we are Paying company, hundreds of our members has benefit from it, they own more $$$ as they did before MC was online and that's a fact, not some Bul****, you can check other resources for approval.

We have advertising strategy that allows our project do grow steady and constantly, constant growth is very important for projects lifetime.

So I don't think that there is any legit reason to call us "Scam", when we have just launched and people are getting paid on daily basis, if you do not want to participate in our project, please do not do it, but don't post false information on public forum...

You're not a native English speaker/writer are you? (rhetorical question, no need to reply)

I'll give you some advice: if you want customers, at least be somewhat professional, both with the language you use (grammar and syntax) and the way you communicate with others.

Sure no problem.

I'd like to add: in the end, when it fails, several users will lose their 'investments'. What will you do with these users? Pay them back? How? Prior to this you can also choose to scam everyone.

In the past there have been projects where people where able to multiply their capital 2-3 time, you call such project SCAM too?

There are people who invests in stocks and venture projects and multiply their capital 10 times legitimately. So what? Doesn't make you any more more legit.

So I don't think that there is any legit reason to call us "Scam", when we have just launched and people are getting paid on daily basis, if you do not want to participate in our project, please do not do it, but don't post false information on public forum...

According to first line of your post which I am quoting.

I don't want to advertise HYIP so as a sig designer I am just trying to earn some cash while selling my designs...
So instead of posting BBcodes I have BBCodes linked to your page waiting to send to you if I will win.

Yes,

there is no secret that HYIP don't last forever, because technically it's not possible, but nothing last forever, right?
In the past there have been projects where people where able to multiply their capital 2-3 time, you call such project SCAM too?

roslinpl, you can still be in the contest and hand the sig code if you win.
Then the escrow can send the funds to you if it fits. If it doesn't, then your work don't meet the criterias and you get nothing.

Simple as that.

Of course it's not me. Just because newbies like my work doesn't mean I'm going to stoop low enough to make multiple fake accounts and commenting about my work. Those are just people expressing their opinion, and liking my work. Besides, this isn't a winner by vote, so the OP can just disregard the compliment. If you don't know snap, don't make a comment.

Nope, the first time I said that roslinpl could create something good. Now I confirm that the work delivered by said person worked right out of the box. There is a difference.

Anyway, back to the discussion, I don't think creating a signature for a HYIP/Ponzi is a bad thing, someone will make it anyway and else they do it themself. The signature creator isn't at fault (IMO) if someone loses money on a HYIP/Ponzi.

If we boycott ("to withdraw from commercial or social relations with (a country, organization, or person) as a punishment or protest") this HYIP, for example by refusing to design a signature  which they require, we will hinder their advancements. They will ultimately give up or spend more time doing it themselves.

In short by providing a deisgn, you are aiding the HYIP which in any court of law is a criminal offence (aiding and abetting). This is punished just as severely as the principal crime. "Where the term "principal" refers to any actor who is primarily responsible for a criminal offense."

You may not notice it. It's a bit too long, the word "explorer" often gets cut off.

As PolarPoint puts it, it is down to personal integrity.

HYIP/Ponzi *IS* a bad thing, helping a HYIP/Ponzi promote is also a bad thing however you wish to put it. They can code the sigs themselves, at least they are not from us. Sigs from experienced designers are more professional and effective. By not submitting our quality designs, hopefully less newbies would fall for the HYIP/Ponzi.

On another note, good job to those like medUSA, PolarPoint, redsn0w, conteaza and izanagi for staying out of this competition if it it pays highly. Trust for you guys :)

Looks good to me, but that is most likely because I'm using a big screen (like almost everyone), so I don't really care if it doesn't fit on smaller screens. :P

Best signature designer will receive $60 (escrow Maidak is holding the funds), contest will end in 48h from the moment Maidak confirms that he is holding funds, winner will be announce here on this thread.[/i]

I suggest nobody to make any signatures until Maidak has confirmed he has the $60.

I do have the bitcoin and they are currently in a cold storage wallet.

Almost 10 hours left

Sent you PM with my entry

I checked the thread, looks like you chose Candy's :). I'd say, not a bad choice, I like the colors he chose, they flow well.

But I still think redsn0w should win xD

Hello,

what do you think forum readers,

who have the best signature design?

I like Cannotthinkofusername and NewDesigner.

What do you think?

Superhitech - not bad just looks a little bit like a ketchup and mayo advertising.
NewDesigner - not bad as for a HYIP signature. Indeed "very flashy".

I understand by that that you don't like my designs :) Too bad.

So I am out of this.

Good luck designers!

Nope, the first time I said that roslinpl could create something good. Now I confirm that the work delivered by said person worked right out of the box. There is a difference.
Thanks for anything what you told about my designs! Pleasure to know that you like them :) And it was my please to design your signatures!

Anyway, back to the discussion, I don't think creating a signature for a HYIP/Ponzi is a bad thing, someone will make it anyway and else they do it themself. The signature creator isn't at fault (IMO) if someone loses money on a HYIP/Ponzi.
I agree.

After he asked me to send BBCode he chose other winner? And this is after I sent him BBCode...
Didn't even give me an answer why sudden change of mind.
Note: Other PM were blacked out as they were others PM's, not Majesticcoins, for privacy.

after BTCBaker (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=823079.20) start

Majestic won't lose,  >:(

2 HYIP start at same time  :D

Who's gonna lose first ?  ;D

anyway, who's the winner the contest (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=821234.0) ??

Signature contest will end later today, I think it will be "Superhitech", but as for now I'm using "Candystripes" designed signatures, I will provide him some fee after he gets back to my PM.

Oh this is very not nice behavior...  We were nice for this HYIP owner and we did our designs for him and this is what you get as a reward - he stole your BBCodes, and perhaps he stole all of the codes people provided (I did not :P) and he will use them later or even sell them to other HYIPs...

There are warnings from me and other designers on every page of this topic. You had to help promote this scam. What did you expect? Scammers scam!

Edit:
Responding to roslinpl below.

I was deliberately very careful when responding. I only reply when topic is bumped up by someone else and issued a warning in every post. I never reply when it sank back down. Count how few times I posted and check the time between my posts and the one before it. Your claim is not valid. ;)

Don't shift blame. No one forced you to enter this contest organised by a scammer, you did. Don't try the HYIP-is-not-scam route.

And how did I helped to promote a scam?? :D because it is you who is bumping this thread all the time :D I just posted my design even with no links :) just an image ... :) I think you with your bumping helped them more than I :P

"Candystripes" won, I asked "Maidak" to transfer funds,

we are also using his signature at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=823259

Please explain me, what's wrong here?

I don't see anything wrong. You originally told me something else too, and then it seems you changed your mind. It's a contest, not a deal. Telling someone they won, and then changing your mind is completely fine.

Superhitech needs to stop crying.

I don't care who you choose as a winner. It's your contest. But the problem here is you told me I would win if I sent you the codes, you would reward me with $60. This is what is called in the english language a lie. I was trying to see your business in a positive light, but it's starting to look like a ponzi scam. Imagine people investing in your business and you change your mind and don't return the investment. Best of luck to you.

This was probably the most mature reply I've ever seen on this forum. I'm not crying, I think you've mixed me up with another person, maybe you should go consult an optometrist. Unfortunately I don't think any optometrists accept Bitcoin yet. I have bolded your nonsense in the above quote. Telling someone they won and then changing your mind is ok? I have a lot of words for this nonsense that I am not going to state here. I think if you were in the same position, being told you would win, then someone else won, you would be the boy screaming "Outrageous scandal!"

Oh well, it's a contest and you happened to lose after second thoughts from the judge. I'd complain too so I don't have a problem with you writing random replies to make yourself feel better.

This is not the problem. I am not raging about not receiving $60. I hope you have fun spending this money. The problem is that I did not get notified of the change. If he decided to make the change and told me beforehand that "I'm sorry, I have decided to choose someone else in the contest" then it would be fine. I just don't want to deal with a liar.

Let me quote what he told me earlier:

Hello,

1. Sorry, you don't won signature campaign,
2. I started campaign with your signatures, so I think it would be solid if I provide you some fee, please give me your btc address.

Thanks.

I didn't reply crying saying: "YOU CANT USE MY SIGS AND NOT GIVE ME THE $60!!!!!"

I just replied with my address and said thanks.
