I had my cryptsy troubles too in the past, but to be honest, in the end, they always came back. Cryptsy support may take a while, but I find it surprising the coins always came back. Last months I actually had no problems using Cryptsy. Anyone lost coins recently on Cryptsy?
Mintpal v2 is another story... wtf, it's just very very scary. People are getting goxxed as it seems

Mintpal is utter scam. Honestly, promising deadlines - not sticking to them. Very bad thing for a company. During Mintpals' shutdown BTC dropped like 100 USD, feel sad for the people, and now mintpal is completely gone.

Cryptsy works fine for me. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer, but Ive never had any serious trouble. - Been there for 1 year ~

Mintpal still owe me a .5 BTC... They gave me back all my altcoins though...
Cryptsy lost 200k of my Dogecoin back in February. I made a ticket and got it back.
