I'm only moving 1.5 BTC. I have a BTC-e account, I'm just wondering if this is the best method? They charge 7% to move via PayPal. There are many services out there but by far, localbitcoins is the best (based on my experience). Btw, where are you from?

You start a sell, and the money goes to your bank acct in a few business days. If you want to deal in cash, try localbitcoins
