When I started mining BTC I used GUIMiner. (There are other miners too, I found more info here: http://thebitcoinmine.com/windowsguides/windowsnvidia.html Maybe you spend more time and find better threads on bitcointalk.org - with the ones that make the mining program and can help with what's wrong.)

In GUIMiner window, if you cannot select your graphics card, that usually means that you don't have the required drivers.

You may find out that GPU-mining BTC is quite difficult. If you want to mine altcoins instead, you will find here good software and people that know all about NVidia cards: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167229.0

Mining BTC with a fast ATI GPU is pretty much pointless.  Using a GT430 which is probably even slower than a modern CPU at mining bitcoins is literally just making heat and wasting power.

If you get 20kH/s out of the GT430 I'd be surprised.  That'll make 0.000000001BTC per month by my quick calculations.
