Title: Forum issue: "bitcointalk.org" rejecting some HTTP requests. Post by: Nagle on October 15, 2014, 11:33:59 PM Try doing
wget http://bitcointalk.org three times in quick succession. The first two will succeed. The third one will stall, wget will retry, and then it will work. This seems to be some kind of DDOS prevention thing, but failing after two tries is way too soon. I noticed this because our web crawler at "sitetruth.com" thinks bitcointalk.org is down, or has no web site. What's doing this?
