It is good to have a win target, so as a betting strategy this is as good as any other.  A bad streak will take you out and you should always expect to lose whatever the house edge is times your total amount bet.

actually i think its more probable to get a row of wins with new account than with one that have much more wins than looses. I mean on an old account win and loose count will be the same after some time.

But... To win 0.1 BTC with basebet of 1 satoshi he should play more than 10mln of bets.
1 bet in second means it'll take at least 115 days :) So it is not daily profit. It's annual profit.

When you begin to win then it's hard to control the limit. So all winning can go away to just in seconds. Always set your target before start and you will always win.

I think no one continues long enough with the 1 satoshi bets . Once they start seeing, that they aren't getting more than 10-12 losses, they increase their bet size.
And in this process the opposite happens.

I dont think the strategy as posted by the OP will work out, I have seen some people lost their bets 20 times in a row by using martingale technique
