They will be sold as is. I can't test them all. Prices are negotiable especially for multiple purchases. I'll take offers of trades, cash, btc whatever on all of this stuff, i don't need any of it. If anyone wants a box of hardware, i'll give them everything i can fit into a medium flat rate for 10BTC + shipping.
