Because in order bitcoin to flourish from a seed to an oak tree (or yew or any other) we have to try and eliminate as much scam attempts as possible within the community.
I cover the transaction fees when the fund is released to the receiving party and I do not charge any handling fee (as I said before, the whole process is free-of-charge). What do you need to do to start an escrow: 1. Post a reply on this thread with the following format Quote Sender (Address): Receiver (Address): Amount of Bitcoin: 2. Ask your trader to confirm 3. I will send a pm to both parties to confirm and give you a unique address to deposit the funds into an escrow 4. Sender provides details such as tracking number for shipment confirmations... 5. When ready and both party agree (e.g. receiver received his ordered item), I release the funds to the receiver What if there is dispute? Whichever party provide the most concrete and truthful evidence 'wins' and of course my decision will be final. I will be getting opinions from other trusted members (anonymous) as well. More info to be typed I will not be using skype for escrow service, all communications will be made via PM in BitcoinTalk.
