Transfer the money from your PayPal account to your bank and then wire transfer it to an exchange, or if you live in US you can withdraw it out and use BitInstant to EDIT: Noticed I used BTC & PayPal in the same sentence. 1- It would help if you were verified in GLBSE. 2- It would also help if you sold more shares. maybe you didn't advertise the IPO enough in the forum. 3- If you want people top invest in your fund you should have some good analysis topics around here, so people can see you know a bit what you're doing. 4- With all of the above, people would trust you more and you wouldn't be listening to a newb saying your funny for wanting to buy Bitcoins with paypal.
