They are unable to make any reliable car since the Laguna MK1. Only Italian cars are more doggy.

Those are designed and developed by VW and AUDI engineers, so you can say they are germans now. Overall, italian cars are rusting faster and like most french cars, they are dead after 10-12 years of usage. The company (founded by an Italian immigrant) was originally located in Germany, but was located on land given to France as reparations for WW I. I have very bad experience with korean cars with russian cars and with french cars. And i have great experience with japan cars. Never tryed american yet.
