Storage will be fair share, You can do what ever you want in your folder. 4. Computing power will also be fair share, you can always burst upto 100% usage as long as its not affecting anyone using the servie. We offer FTP only on request as its not much used, as many people just wget their files, and yes SCP is much safer.
