Same old me. I don't actually need 0.1 BTC, but trying to see if random people would even think of sending anything to a stranger.

It's easy to claim something. I could claim that I'm the flying spaghettimonster which deserves 100000 BTC just now for granting everybody a peaceful life in paradise after death.

He could sell his account for a lot more btc, or organizze a better scam. He's going to get negative trust if he scam me, so it's not convenient to him.

He's not an anonymous user of the blockchain, he is a forum user. If the account was stolen, he could sell it for way more than 0.1 btc, IF green/neutral trust, or organize a better scam...he even seems to have a good english!

Interesting...there's no trust ratings; could've sworn I saw that there were trust ratings a couple days ago. Can people delete their previous trust ratings?

But if you go to the user profile and click on Trust, you should be able to see feedback, right? A couple days ago, I saw a positive feedback, whereas now, there's nothing at all

Then someone has removed it whoever put it there in the first place afaik trust on the profile is global and can be seen anywhere even by non members there was a website which had all the trust ratings of every single member on this forum & keeps backups.

Don't trust someone based off their rank. Trusting them based off their trust ratings is more reliable, although even that's not foolproof. It's up to your own discretion, but be cautionary

Yeah that's correct. But most people wouldn't want to trade their positive trust accounts for bitcoins.

Anyways if you send him BTC0.1 for testing, even if he sends back all the funds, you are still losing out on a little bit of bitcoins, considering you are paying the appropriate miner fee.

Members only send bitcoins to the anyone with whom they have made any deal without being scam. No one wants to take a risk by sending any amount to strangers.
