To bad this is going to be one more ICO... You would be better off with mining/small premine then going on ICO and paying Trex 5 BTC's for it!

This is not "one more ICO", clearly you can see we are trying to create something real here. The only way to progress and achieve our goal in this project, which is global awareness, adoption and education is to raise funds through fair and verified Initial Coin Offering. BitTrex will host the ICO and cryptocertify.com will verify the details and certify the launch. We only need to raise a total of 150BTC in order to complete all road map phases. We are putting our own money and time in to this project to see it succeed and become the new Doge. More information will be provided upon the start of the Initial Coin Offering. The ICO will launch on1st December 2014 and will last for two weeks.

Yes, it can be without ico and premine, but people will ask for development, and if there is no funds for development, then coins is dead.
And same those people who ask for development never will give 1 sat for that.
So, got to be both i think, but small, cheap ico, and a little premine.

The coin is not even launched yet. We are considering our options for the launch, most preferable option is to run a small escrowed ICO to gather funds for the coin development and keep 2% premine publicly for any additional expenses that might arise. Of course all this will be properly documented with ICO provider and the code itself certified with cryptocertify.com.

When will the ICO end?
Is there a minimum amount of BTC that needs to be raised?

We will have the ICO open for 7 days or until all coins are sold. We need to raise at least 12 BTC at current prices in order for this project to progress further.

so, what now?

Unsuccessful ICO will not stop us from progressing as creators. We will release the Gizmo and accept donations for further development. The community will decide on the future of GizmoCoin.
