What is B1bl3Shares ?

B1bl3Shares is the operating entity of B1bl3Coin, the Bitcoin and Litecoin-like digital currency that is based on “helping people”. It is currently forming in the state of Delaware, USA, for purposes of creating long term value for holders of B1bl3Coin by developing revenue-generating products and services.

Qualifying holders of B1bl3Coin will receive a share of B1bl3Shares profits. 100% of profits will be distributed to members on a quarterly basis according to each member’s percentage owned of B1bl3Shares .

In accordance with B1bl3Coin’s core principle of “helping people”, we will make it easy for members to give a percentage of their earnings to a cause of their choice in the B1bl3 Fund, as well as make it easy for both users and members to donate B1bl3 and other types of currencies. Each member or user will be able to donate as little or as much as they choose, or opt out entirely.

B1bl3Shares is unique because it is the first cryptocurrency to offer the proof-of-coin (PoC) model. PoC enables us to offer users a stake in a for-profit company while growing our economy and raising capital to further our growth, with no need to interfere with the coin’s algorithm or functionality.

As not everyone who owns B1bl3Coin will participate in B1bl3Shares there will be a large portion of unclaimed profits. Of course, we cannot force users to take our money but we will be distributing 100% of quarterly profits to members. This means that a small portion of our users will receive the profits that another user has not claimed (because they did not participate).

If a user exchanges 10.000.000 coins for points they may receive, for example, 0.15% ownership of B1bl3Shares. However, if only 10% of the company has been claimed (because 90% of B1bl3Coin users chose not to participate) that means the user could receive about 5% or more of quarterly profits (instead of 0.15%).

Because of this simple fact, with PoC your share of profits will always be greater than the percentage of the company you own. You’ll get an even greater percent during the Quantum periods (with 10x, 5x, and 3x multiples).

If B1bl3Shares made $500,000 in profits for the quarter his $45 investment (from having bought and exchanged 10millions coins) would turn into a dividend of $750.00 for the quarter. This doesn’t include of course every other quarter and the value of his share of the company. So his $45 investment could turn into a lifetime income for as long as B1bl3Shares exists. And if, for example, Microsoft buys B1bl3Shares in future for $100 million, his share would be about $150.000 if the claims are the same.

Of course, this isn’t investment advice. You should never invest more than you’d care to lose. But this does demonstrate the power of PoC. And B1bl3Shares is the first to implement it.

I read over the prospectus for this security and was completely bowled over by the fact this guys is going to run away with all the funds. If you put any money into this you deserve to be scammed

yup, the title alone on this thread screams scam. Where are the products and services coming from to generate revenue? What market are those products and services addressing and what makes your company properly positioned to handle those market needs?

This listing doesn't really give you any information regarding where all these "Profits" will be coming from

I just ran across this one while browsing this board. He also posted this to r/cryptocurrency on reddit some weeks ago and was promptly removed and tagged a spammer/scammer. But I agree with RiverBoatBTC that this has little place on this board.
