Title: Giving away Ello Beta invites!! Post by: JimDowJones on November 23, 2014, 05:14:19 AM Hey guys, Im not in anyway affiliated with ello just that id really like to see it take off, so im gonna hand out invites to anyone thats interested.
My first impression of the place: No Ads. They literally have no ads and the UI is just clean as can be. I hope this place really takes off, its just so much more pleasing on the eye than facebook or twitter. Pm me for invite codes. https://ello.co/beta-public-profiles I wonder what kinda business model they have, though ive been entertaining the idea of asking them if they would ever want to decrentralize and go transparent. Post by: b!z on November 23, 2014, 07:10:40 AM It sounds like a promising idea, but it'll be interesting to see how they plan to market it since FB, Twitter etc. already have such established userbases.
And how are they going to make money? Even companies like Instagram and Snapchat are only beginning to turn a profit - and that's WITH ads. Title: Re: Giving away Ello Beta invites!!
