How will escrow work if the OP is making payments directly to their accounts? I think payment should be made directly to a BTC address to prevent anyone from claiming they were not paid

No, sending to user accounts on BitCasino.io is a much better idea to prevent abuse, pretty much mostly from your customers.

I would hold the btc until BitCasino.io has successfully paid users then I would resend the amount.

Guys, don't worry about not being paid. We are one of the biggest bitcoin casinos so far. However if we will see abuse of this promotion, we have a right to stop getting new members in (of course existing users will be paid fully).

Just few examples about some free promotions, where we had giveaways for past days:  
- Today we finished free lottery for members of BTCTALK (gave out 4 BTC for free)

How are you going to verify if they actually pay users or not?

This is so cool but bad because it is a one sided campaign only limited to upper tiers not even for full member.

Seems like they won't be using an escrow. I would take their and everyone's word for it. Most members are honest (those who have joined so far at least are)

Don't worry.. 25 Senior/Hero/Legendary members.. if someone not pay.. where he will find clients then?
