Title: Casinobitcoin withdraw?
Post by: geffen987654321 on December 01, 2014, 07:23:52 PM
So yesterday night I requested a small withdrawl from Casinobitco.in……its been over 12 hours now and I haven’t heard a thing.

Usually when I withdraw from them,  I get the normal page that says “success” and then it gives me a link to the blockchain so I can keep a eye on it and see how the confirmations are going. Sometimes it takes minutes, sometimes it takes hours but I always eventually get my withdrawal. That same day I also made a deposit and another withdraw.

This time though, It says something along the lines of “Your request will be processed in the next 6 hours”. I thought this was fine since it was very late in the evening and I know some other places wait till day-time-operating hours to process withdraws.

So like I said, it’s now been 12 hours and I haven’t heard a thing. Block chain doesn’t show anything.

Should I be worried? Is this normal?  Anyone ever experience it taking this long?

They are the only Bitcoin gambling company that is listed on Havelock Investments, plus they have a good thread on here. So I think the chance of them ever disappearing with your BTC's is very very low. I think you should email them directly and I'm sure they will get on top of it quickly...

They are unlikely to run off with your coins. Have you tried contacting their support?

The best thing to do would be waiting and contacting the customer support of the site.
I have seen withdrawl issues with a lot of other sites as well, and is usually sorted out once the owner takes a look at it.

I guess we will have to just wait and see. A lot of newbie accounts are created by competitions to shame different casinos.
He would probably comment here, if he didn't get it back yet.
