It's in closed beta-test mode and they need finite number of testers. That's why I provide information in a private conversation. Not in public. No, you can't just withdraw :) If you want to advertise - you will get free credit to buy ads and traffic. And if you want to publish ads - you will have bonuses to your earnings, or x2 earnings and so on.
