I need 2000GBP on my entropay. I have 8.5 Bitcoins. I already have an entropay card so i just need someone to topup my balance. Can I sign up for an entropay account, and not link an existing credit card or bank account, then pay someone bitcoins and have them fund my new entropay account? I would be interested in doing that.
