Guys, add up the cost of the games you want, multiply by 0.5. Is it really that hard to tell the price lol?

You wrote 50-60% discount so there is difference in price. We don't know on what depends price of game.

He probably gets them from a country with redicilously low prices and then gifts them to another account (I mean: he has a guy in such country which sends him the stuff). Like EU region 2 is much cheaper in (most) cases than EU 1. EU 1 being like the UK/NL/Germany and EU 2 being Poland/Ukrain etc.

Russian prices are also a lot cheaper than EU or USA.
Be aware that if he is using this method Steam may find out and block the key as this is forbidden. There ain't a price difference for nothing, these people have less to spend. At least, most of them.

It's not 0 trust, it's just that you don't trust the people that rated him so they appear as untrusted feedback. He has two positive ratings, but neither is related to the steam games however.

Steam just rolled out new region locks on all games purchased in lower priced regions like Russia and South America, etc. So many of these re-sellers are not going to be offering these massive discounts anymore.
