If your altcoin has an JSON-RPC functional wallet, the script I use supports it. Yes, you're also welcome to go and make your own faucet. If you have the know-how that's a good way to get going. If you don't, I set up everything and deal with all the problems for you. Yes, I like my price. There's some idiots out the charging ridiculous prices. 0.002 is reasonable.
