Title: How to Find Identity of Satoshi
Post by: johnpw on December 22, 2014, 12:17:09 AM
I personally have a very strong theory on the identity of the creator of Bitcoin.  I have chosen not to speculate on this for personal reasons.  I believe his legacy would be better served if I did not choose to reveal the links.

Does anyone here share the same sentiment.  If you found information linking Satoshi to a certain individual would you release the information and your conclusions?

I will not share the identity but I will share the way I went about my research.  The best method to finding Satoshi is not by looking into those most closely linked to the creation of Bitcoin but instead looking at those who were not involved but you speculate they should have been.

You will find a certain person inconspicuously absent from the creation and development that without a doubt would have been.

I'm sure there are quite a few people who know already. Doesn't seem to have made much difference yet

It is impossible to know who he is. If he hasn't told it yet, it is because he has his reasons.

If this person is deceased how do you believe those who know his identity should handle this?

The best someone has done is to match writing styles; which matched up to a guy very capable of doing it

Would I reveal?  Idk

At least give us a hint: Has he or she been known to don facial hair?

One of his eyes is way bigger than the other. He always wears a kilt and is married to a pornstar. It wasn't hard to find him he's a pretty unique guy.

If you have a really strong theory, you dont need to speculate in BitcoinTalk. Go to top media organizations, they'll pay you good for this.

We really dont care if the identity of Satoshi is out or not. A lot of FUDders have already done this and a LOT more are going to do this. Nothing is going to change in Bitcoin world even if we get to know Satoshi. So, carry on...

Do you wonder who the god really is?
Probably not, So just skip it and keep rebelling to the banks, governments etc.

::) Of curse you know who it is. It's chuck Norris, right? Looks just like another attention seeking newbie troll. If you claim you've got theory state it, but I'm guessing it's nonsense if it even exists at all.

You can't find him , he is too smart & intelligent to be found unless he wants to  ::)

> I personally have a very strong theory on the identity of the creator of Bitcoin.

We all do.

> I have chosen not to speculate on this for personal reasons.

What's the point of telling then? You just did with this post. Btw, no one easily believes anything here. Even when you deliver strong evidence, people will doubt it and come up with counter arguments.

> I believe his legacy would be better served if I did not choose to reveal the links.

Then stfu.

> If you found information linking Satoshi to a certain individual would you release the information and your conclusions?

I have my own theory but no evidence yet. And when I have proof for sure, I try to turn that information into Bitcoins or fame. Until then I'm quiet. Because no one would believe in my unverified theory anyway. And it might make research harder.

> I will not share the identity but I will share the way I went about my research. The best method to finding Satoshi is not by looking into those most closely linked to the creation of Bitcoin but instead looking at those who were not involved but you speculate they should have been. Lame attention whoring
You contradict yourself. You give vague clues even though you say you don't want to speculate.
You say it's better if it's not revealed, yet you give some (again) vague information how you found him.
Wtf are you talking? Do you realize you sound like a total retard?
Or just a troll?
I'm very open-minded to trolls but please put at least some creativity in your jokes.
And don't expect Satoshi gets in contact with you because you so damn sure know him, haha.
Your post is by far the most dumb one regarding "Who is Satoshi?" Focus on your kindergarden homework and come back when your brain is fully developed.

WE may never know who the real Satoshi is, no matter conspiracy theorists believe.

What we do know is it's definitely not "I want my free lunch" Dorian:

You can't. At least you have to hope that Satoshi one day revealed its identity, but actually, I think that is impossible to find Satoshi, neither that someone make something.
