10 Reasons Why I Love India

1. People in India are ALWAYS welcoming and helpful only if you don’t show them any attitude, they will go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable and the best part is you won’t get charged for that because till now we do mean ” Atithi Devo Bhava”- Let the guest be God.

2. The concept of living with your ” family” is still the strongest point of living in India. Respecting your elders and not going against them, listening to them (period) and following their orders no-matter how old you are clearly shows the value and respect you hold towards your elders.

3. India is a photogenic country that is blessed with beautiful beaches, mountains, hills, Himalayas, forests, forts , temples, deserts, waterfalls and what not, India is really huge. India is a photographer’s paradise and a unique place for all those who loves travelling.

4. India is a religious country and everytime there is some or the other fun festivals happening that has their own religious stories behind them. Not to forget the fact of getting lovely extravagant gifts or money in all these festivals like Rakshabandhan, Diwali, Eid etc.

5. Food Food Food, how can you ever forget about the famous Indian food , Indian snacks and of course Indian chinese. No matter even if we crib about the amount of ghee or oil or spices mixed with the indian food or we might love the other food cuisines but we will always be obsessed about our enormous tikkas and butter chicken.

6. Indians respect every religion and the proof of that is a hindu friend visiting his muslim friend on eid or celebrating xmas with your friends even if you are not a cathelic. In short Indians always needs a reason to celebrate and live every moment.

7. Every single problem can be fixed in India that too in a cheap price as India is cheap and not expensive to live in. You can easily survive here as the food and the cost of living is not pricey neither fixed(depending on which place you live). You will always get the chance of bargaining..

8. No matter how obsessed you might be with Hollywood movies or compare Hollywood movies with Bollywood or make fun of it, at the end of the day you will visit your nearest theatre and watch the latest Bollywood movies with your family or friends or your partner, after all the desi bollywood gene is inside all of us.

9. Let’s not forget about the Indian Weddings, yes these Indian wedding ceremonies takes a hell of a time but the fun that you have is beyond words. Whiskey in One hand and Chicken lollypop in other hand and still you are dancing on the songs-“balle balle”.

10. The foreigners might project India according to the ” Slum Dog Millionaire” movie when the real fact is that every single person who is living in poverty is working really hard to get out of it. Not everyone gets the opportunity but there are millions of people who are working very hard to build their own opportunities and trying to change the structure of our beautiful country,

You want moving India ? I want running India, hell some of us even want jumping India.

Well India is certainly a nice place to visit. And I advice you to spend more time in north India(Jammu, Himachal) east india(I love Sikkim) rather wasting your time in Uttar Pradesh and seeing taj mahal(no offence).

Never been to India, it's still on my list. Was almost there. Been in the Chitwan NP in Nepal, that's close to India.

If you are planning to visit to india then you should definitely visit Gujarat state. U will definitely love the traditions and culture of gujarati's as they are very warm and well behaved with the guests who visits them. and u will also love the gujarati food which is delicious then anything else.

U will love India that's for sure :) Differnt Places, Different cultures and Different Festivals makes India Unique from other Countires.

The best thing about India is the respect that they have for their guests Whether if it's from India or Abroad they will treat you in the same way and also in the best way.

U definitely need to visit Rajasthan.. :)
U will have best experience of ur life..u will find some great ancient palaces of mughal emperors which are so well architect and designed and also the culture and tradition of rajasthan will attract you.  :)

India is a very large country and have approx 29 states and each and every state has different language different cultures different traditions so if you are planning to visit india thats the best choice you can make You will simply love the indian food i bet you.

Yup you are right. Many religions and many festivals that makes India a very unique country from others. If you want to experience the festive season then i think you better plan from the month of August as all major festivals begins from the month of August.

yups rakshabandhan, diwali, dussehra, independence day, eid and many more... an awesome experience is guaranteed.

 India's languages, religions, dance, music, architecture, food, and customs differ from place to place within the country. so its a good place to learn different things.

Indian food is different from rest of the world not only in taste but also in cooking methods.

Ofcourse I love India, but sometimes when I see people fighting for tiny things or when I see corrupted people I start thinking whether these are indians or peeps. However most of the people you would find will be generous. Its a religios country and a huge part is a village and is supposed to be countryside.

India is a good country except the wagers are very low.The laborers that moved to Europe and US about a decade ago are quite successful and they are leading a good life. 8)

I am really missing Indian food lot.

i love india.... and the most beautiful city is chandigarh which i saw ever in india.... its a clean and green city.... traffic is well maintained..... every flat is equal.... wide road in whole chandigarh... and park is in every sector... (http://bikramsinghmajithia.co.in/).. even a red light area in sac. 45 is also in chandigarh for whom those want some fun.......

India is a vast country with various languages and cultures.It is difficult to describe it in words.I was born and living in India but I too still know only 40% about its various traditions,cultures and cuisines.Since you intend to visit India,I can only say come and see for yourself :)

I love India a lot. I had visited India in the year of 2015 means last year in month of July. Indians are very innocent. The country is full of scenic beauty. I could say you will enjoy at every place even at desert area also.

Yeah, one thing I must say, In India you can get everything at cheap price starting from clothing to vehicle.

Just make sure you'll move to a metropolitan city with good accommodation and have easy accessibility to places you visit often because TRAFFIC is the biggest problem here.

-india is a country with variety a lot
-it has lot of jobs and people are doing jobs maybe little bit but they are doing
-india have a lot of places to visit and they love it a lot , and i love it too.

U can do whatever u want in india .there is much fun and enjoyment india .the culture here in india is favoulous and leople are enjoying this culture .india is a land of diversity and people here work hard a lot to earn their livelihood.

I love india... but really not as well because of disrespect of women.. Increasing rate of rapes and molestation.

India is vast country and unlike other it has multi linguistic groups,there are many culture ,everybody here is different despite the difference people live with piece and harmony ,a number of festival are celebrated here ,there are lots place one should visit in one's life and the food ,you name it India has it ,every thing here is different hence unique to this country

If you are planning to visit to India then you should definitely visit Hyderabad state. Hyderabad is a city of palaces and forts, of biryanis and haleems. A city that flourished under the influence of its various Nizams, at its heyday Hyderabad was one of the grandest and most advanced cities on the planet. :)

Yeah.. I love bollywood movie especially shahrukh khan, aamir khan, salman khan movies. I love some places in India too, not its city but the beautiful places in all over India like Shimla, ladakh, agra, goa, kashmir, himalaya etc.

I love Indian curry and Shah Rukh Khan.

India is a vast country with different cultures.
1. If you can bear 45+ degrees Celcius temperature in summer, you are welcome to India.
2. if you are not willing to work, then you are welcome. Competition is very high to fetch you a job.
3. If you love Indian spice, then you will enjoy the taste of Indian food.
4. People of India have split India into 2 pieces as North India and South India. You need to comply with this.
5. In the southern part of India, people love spicy food. But in Bengal, you will get sweet dishes (curry is sweet as well)
6. In every state the culture is different.

Indeed! but chinese are flying like a drogon and we are walking very slowly like a elephant, will get there eventually.
