Only delay was the fact he uses the original ("Satoshi") client and needed about 10 or 15 minutes extra to get his BlockChain updated in order to send out BTC. I let him know about BlockChain.info / Electrum as an alternative to do fast transactions in the future though, if he chooses to switch ;) EDIT2: Also, I did overcharge him by .025 BTC because I missed a key going from calculator to PMs where we were making the deal. Sleeping/Stranded On top of that: RMAH started allowing gold to be purchased as a commodity as of a day or two ago, so some of my roommates are going that route rather than giving it to me to sell it for BTC... So I don't know how quick I'll build up significant stock with essentially half of my suppliers. ??? Also, after Blizzard and Paypal fees. Gold comes out to $1.81/m. Which at the current price bitcoin price ($7.69), is 0.23 BTC per million. All the farmers seem to have raised their price, so it's still not hard to beat the RMAH selling outside of the game. Since my script broke I'm slowly working my way back to figuring out how to automatically competitively match my pricing to USD rates... So far it seems like I'm still the cheapest BTC->D3Gold vendor though, so I'm not overly worried? ??? I feel like I need to fill in that gap now as a service to the BTC community, so I'm opening up shop again.
I'll work on buying from my suppliers at better than $1.81 to get them to sell to me again, and then I'll start selling it for BTC again for probably a little over $2.00. Will still beat out my BTC competitor's prices and the RMAH prices as long as it makes sense. Only thing that will stop me is if I get banned. Not too worried since I don't play much any more though. If TizzyTazzy/IcyBlueHell (or somebody else selling in bulk for good pricing) shows up again to take the business back over I'll go ahead and step down again. I don't know about their reputation or how quick they are, but they might be something to look into. I can't beat their prices now ;)
