Title: To The People Of Greece Post by: flipme on January 02, 2015, 10:56:07 AM Happy new year! ;D
You should create your new free floating Greek Drachma on the RIPPLE network. It would set you free to swap and issue whatever you want, to whoever you want. http://i.ytimg.com/vi/xtOZi7my5KU/maxresdefault.jpg Title: Re: To The People Of Greece Post by: flipme on January 02, 2015, 05:11:37 PM Interesting statement by the son of the founder of SPIEGEL, the leading german news magazine.

Title: Re: To The People Of Greece Post by: FandangledGizmo on January 03, 2015, 06:22:37 AM lol, why do this when we already have Bitcoin? Bitcoin is too volatile for people & businesses to budget their expenses. BitUSD works great though :) http://bitsharesblocks.com/assets/asset?id=USD Bitcoin, BitShares or BitGold & BitSilver should be good for hedging against inflation. Though I have to say POW is looking weak these days. LiteCoin especially can't sustain 30% inflation in a bear market. (Ripple is no good as it's centralised with over 60% of supply controlled by the founders imo.) Title: Re: To The People Of Greece Post by: flipme on January 03, 2015, 10:25:54 AM I'm not suggesting they use the RIPPLE coin.
They should release a Greek Drachma on the RIPPLE system, it would solve all their problems immediately. They could issue a currency, bonds and futures and collect the proceeds under their own umbrella, without any intervention by the global banking cartel whatsoever. Like Iceland did it, but in a much smarter way. It would be fully transparent to the people of Greece, no more room for corruption and extortion. The left opposition could start it immediately, before the €uro collapses on them. It's easy, shouldn't take more than a couple of days to set it up. I guess SnapSwap would be more than grateful to serve them. (That owl is looking at me :o) In Greek mythology, a Little Owl baby (Athene noctua) traditionally represents or accompanies Athena, the virgin goddess of wisdom, or Minerva, her syncretic incarnation in Roman mythology. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Owl_of_Athena https://i.imgur.com/HXmGcL5.jpg Title: Re: To The People Of Greece Post by: TookDk on January 05, 2015, 03:27:56 PM What is the owls relation to the Drachma currency?
