STEP 4 : You wait for the time it takes them to deposit the money to my bank which could be between 2 - 5 working days. STEP 5 : I send the message to escrow to release the BTC ONCE I have received the money in my bank. Even after all of this there is the USD per BTC rate that I charge which is higher than normal because its paypal hence more risk. Its easy for someone to get their pp account blocked, PP hates BTC and it IS their policy to ban and block all accounts that have transacted for btc. So dont transact with paypal unless you know what you are doing and you know how to do it. I have traded with many people here with PP and I still have my pp up & running. You're basically just recycling your money and earning points, without actually buying anything.
