Bitcointalk is an amazing site so don't take this the wrong way. A new Forum is up and running and its based off the same idea as bitcointalk. But has been made to reduce scams and give the new alt coins a chance. Its featuring market places and user created sub forums with groups and a trusted list for all to see. Positives: Nice design A troll box Allows all to post fairly Pay to pin topics -such as services- Friendly community Trusted escrowers section. Negative: No multi lang supported forums yet. Traffic is low but its picking up quickly. Trollbox is dead at the moment.
