But I'm reading up on these chargebacks and a little concerned. Liberty Reserve is available to canadians but then I have to go thru the hassle of transferring it to my alertpay/paypal account and pay fees at all stages of moving the money around. Dwolla isn't available in Canada yet?
So I'm thinking I can just manually use alertpay, as the safest way - but maybe someone knows of a better way ? Thanks! Afaik only HSBC does this. Though maybe the RBC offering is too since they do have US operations. To the parent, depending where you are in Canada, it may make sense to travel to the states and set up an account down there. If you have enough ID to enter the US, you can open a bank account. |
