Don't know how to start this thread...
The main problem is  as what in the Title.

My friend's account in PrimeDice is muted/banned.
He can't Withdraw his balance. this happen start from 2 weeks ago.
He sent email to support@primedice.com but no reply.

What makes sound weird is that if his account really been banned how can he still able to make a Deposit.

Is there anyone here who has the same problem?

better post this in pd's main thread.

I think your friend ever do something abuse based on PD rule.

Let say, faucet abuser or using multiple account ,etc.

maybe you friend try to cheating a PD by using a bots or something then they account
permanently banned

If it is banned permanently, he should not be able to deposit again. In fact he still able to do it.

I do not think Stunna ban accounts for no reason. May be it is faucet or giveaway abuse with multiple accounts. Your "friend" needs to PM Stunna and explain himself.

Bots are actually allowed on PD. Maybe it was disabled because someone tried the incorrect password a few times.

I asked my friend and he said that he didn't do with multiple account. Even his first deposit was 1BTC and got profit around 0.7BTC Now his balance is 1.7BTC. Unfortunately its banned. I did PM to Stunna but no reply yet.

try to send again a ticket.. PD have a lot of users so maybe your ticket is skipped  :D

-_- lol.. when Stunna ban your account.. of course because of your friend have fault.. PvP yourself, bump faucet, expoloit website,... depend on how important of your case, have a different result.. i have only mute to chat, all other activity is ok,include in withdrwa or deposit.. :).. hehe

What's the problem?is that mean you judge me that the banned account is mine.
I have only one account in PD : seephy
and my friend's account is jalad34, he asked me for help because he is not a member of this forum.

Give him some time, has he logged in after you sent your pm?

I'll wait for it, but i didn't check whether he logged in after my pm or not...
If he don't reply it later, whatever the result I also will not get nothing cos it's not mine. Maybe if this problem fixed he will give me some tips.. ;D

1.Contact / send email to their support
2.Ask mods on duty in PD chat.
3.Ask via post in PD main thread.
4.Contact their mods via PM or direct to stunna himself.

I believe you will get fast respond from them.PD have good management team , but you must contact them with the right way.

I'm pretty positive as long as you can log in you can cashout AND deposit. It doesn't matter if you got muted. As long as you can access your account you can make withdrawal.

Now what you wouldn't be able to do is abuse and transfer money between accounts, which I'm assuming is the real issue here.

I had the same problem, I can't log in to my account, I never change my password. I tried to send email to support and no answer more than 24 hours. But it's ok, i'll create new account if i want to play there.

I know people get banned for stuff like spamming chat or by doing stuff not allowed .never heard anyone having their balance locked.
Do you have any proof for this?

This just sounds really weird, and I don't think you should of made a thread about it. Never heard of something like this with PD .-.
