Never needed escrow before but I am setting up an Etsy shop and Etsy allows users to transact in Bitcoin. The vendor mentions that he accepts on the product info, and the buyer needs to contact vendor to set it up. This require a trusted escrow provider who is willing to hold funds for as long as shipping takes.

It's flat. But always clear the terms and conditions with the escrow you choose prior to doing the deal.
