If you ever post your public address whilst dealing with someone on the forum, you can use that to sign at a later date if your account becomes compromised. If you send your address to default trust, it's best to go to your Outbox and click on the message you sent Subject and save the url. The part that you need from the url will look something like this:

I don't think they'd appreciate getting spammed with them all the time. The best option is to just publicly post your address on the forum several times and remember where you posted them (even deleted posts can be seen by admins), though sending a pm to defaulttrust is a good idea too.
