Title: BITMIT
Post by: davidspitzer on July 13, 2012, 07:15:36 AM
I am new to bitcoin mining and I am slowly getting some coin - there is some gear on BITMIT that is ending soon and I want to buy it but i do not have enough coins. If I order the gear is it customary to allow time to convert cash to BTC or do you need to have the coins on hand for immediate transfer?

I sell merchandise on Bitmit via escrow and as much as I know there is a waiting time to make a payment. I don't know what happens when seller don't use escrow.

Well, I don't know David, everything is possible... Send him a message, ask for reputation, like e-bay reputation, reputation on this forum, #bitcoin-otc reputation or similar.

see here

http://www.bitmit.net/en/trade/i/3893-bfl-single

then here.

http://www.bitmit.net/en/trade/i/3976-butterfly-labs-singles

spot the difference.

same item/no escrow/price/stock pic/no description. Different user! Avoid!

Note, If the seller of these items is actually on here, just provide more info, and escrow, then you will deffinatly get your sales!

Be careful of the listing that are no escrow no feedback. I wouldn't bid on these for even a 2 btc item, let alone an 80 btc item.
