I just signed up here because I wanted to put my name down for any class action suit; but since I'm a newb I am unable to do. Would anyone be able to post on my behalf on that topic and let them know I am in as well. I may have not lost a lot (4.7 bitcoins), but I believe every extra name the class action has can help. Also, I'm just disgusted at the way the entire thing has been handled and the utter disregard the people involved have had for us. Moreover, I feel extremely sorry for those people who had entrusted their hard earned money with Bitcoinica only to have lost it all. This case might be a landmark case going forward with Bitcoins. If there is a victory for the people here, it will send a clear message to any other bitcoin services that they cannot play with our money like that.
