Seller inserts a recording of the private key being spoken at a random point in the jingle. Sends MP3 (at password-protected URL) to buyer. Receipt of payment and download is generated, so whoever tries to initiate chargebacks will run up against the proof they received the MP3.
Thoughts? Steal the idea if you wish... I don't have the infrastructure or skills (other than speaking). The problem is PayPal doesn't care if you can prove shipment or not. They have a tactic to keep bitcoin out of their hair for now. Bitcoin is competition to them. They probably aren't going to want to even listen to how you can prove the digital goods were delivered. Buyer redeems the key, sends on to their actual address.
