It looks you are trying to buy trust, which usually results in a trust rating, just not the one you would like to have. Its a common tactic for "long cons". You can get a loan with reasonable rates if you have collateral (held by Escrow) or an old account that was not traded or at least not recently. Its not like on BTC Jam where you have to do a certain number of loans to get reasonable rates.
