Hi,

I had an idea for a new bitcoin marketplace where people put on there amount of bitcoins fr sale ad how much they are then buyers can purchase them via a credit or debit card.
Or I had an idea where people could buy shares in bitcoin run companies (Things like Mining Pools, BitCoin Service Offerers and more..)

These are just a few very basic ideas and I was wounding what you guys though?

Sounds like http://glbse.com/ (http://glbse.com/) - though that's in beta it's appears to be moving quite quickly to something quite useful. That doesn't mean that they can't be competition. They "nefario" just have a giant head start on you.
Seriously though, ideas are worthless without execution. Next great idea you have get coding and go for it! Recruit others if the idea is too big for just you.

With competition comes enemies and in the modern age, computer warfare is fierce... But i have a few ways to "out-do" glbse :)

I have my own little project in the works. I do have competition, but I think my approach has different advantages. All will be revealed soon.

How do i start, where do i start i have no BTC's or much cash and im just a website designer not a coder

Pitch it pubicly. Sell shares on GLBSE.

Ubitex started with 5 BTC. We got 1,000 BTC from our share sales, hired web designers and debuggers, and we now have a fully functioning website.
