If an employer did try to sign up for this over here, I am sure he will run into regulatory hurdles. Their 'international' payroll allows any payment FROM USA to be paid internationally. So the source of payment has to be USA. Their 'individual & employer' payroll allows USA EMPLOYEES to get their wages in Bitcoin.
