Only 20₹ recharge? Is it for every network?
The recharge trick would only work for a few days untill the operators  find it out and fix it up. So 0.5BTC is too high for this.

Strange deal:
Just pay him Rs.8000 for recharge and ask him to do Rs.8000 recharge and give the recharge trick for remaining Rs.8000 as he is doing Rs.20 recharge for Rs.10 as per his other post [https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=962140.0].

Lower price is reasonable because this is not a physical item and you can sell it multiple times to make 0.5 BTC.

You are certainly missusing something somewhere. And that missuse may not lead to any punishment by law. But what you are doing is morally incorrect.

What you are doing will certainly get blocked very soon by the operators. Cause after some time they will start loosing money in it. And it may be legal but its morally wrong to missuse a service.

You just "think" that its not a fraud but it actually is a fraud.  You are illegitimately getting money and the organisation from where you are getting recharges wouldn't want someone to get recharges worth thousands!! And so it a fraud because you are using someone else money without their permission
