It would be really cool to have multiple links in different sections actually only point to a single thread.
The reason I would like that is because I use the forum in a different way; I don't look at all the categories and stuff except when posting a new thread. At all other times, I am reading a complete list of all topics from all sections, and such a list would only have to show a topic once no matter how many tags it has. It's fine if it's locked. Unlocked cross-posts are OK only in "Newbies", "Important announcements", and the local sections. |
