You can't do anything except use it for parts. Its useless also since its an iPhone 4.

You are better off giving it back to the poor soul who lost it and he might give you a small reward for finding his phone.

That tool is a scam.

Even if there was a tool to bypass you wouldn't be able to use the phone to make any actual phone calls because the activation would of been invalid.

What are you talking about? The tool imitates the Apple servers and lets you deactivate the
"locate my iphone"̀-feature. Then you can reset it to factory settings. Activation is then a different topic..

I don't want to make any calls. Just want to know that will I be able to use internet on the mobile via SIM/Wifi Network and will I be able to download apps?
Will jailbreak help me out?

Dude, the tool doesn't work.

If it worked people wouldn't be paying $200 to deactivate this feature.

You can only deactive the feature if its NOT listed as lost/stolen, only can deactivate if the previous owner forgot to sign out. Either way price is $150-$200 so only worth if it you bought an iphone 6 and the owner forgot to sign out.

If its a iphone 4 gsm i can help you to unlock it free, trhought teamviewer , skype or something :) but will works only for use it with wifi network... no calls or sms, like a ipod

the phone was found by a friend. i do not accept less than 50€ because if someone wants the parts for example it's very good price.
i thing it has 6.1.3 but i'm not sure.

I thought downgrading is almost universally impossible.
In the 'good old days' when jailbreaking-for-unlock was a topic,
that was like the holy grail..

i do also remember when a friend "fixed" my iphone 3gs with cydia and all the good stuff! nice years!
