Fixed football games are actually quite common so I might have believed it if he said futbol. Why would someone publicly give away the info to something like this though, not only would it put them at risk but you would eventually be losing out on guaranteed money (if it were actually true).

If you actually watched the game you would have seen Bledsoe made a 3 with less then 30 seconds left for the Suns to cover the spread. Cleveland ran out the clock up because they were up 10... if this was rigged or fixed it wouldn't have came down to a 3 pointer with 26 seconds left. That shot could have missed and was no way guaranteed.

Thats just another doubt I have. Its easy to have tennis /Golf/Billiard games rigged, but its not easy in terms of Basketball, as the ethics of the entire team might not align to have it fixes.

The NBA is the easiest sports to fake. The teams play every day, again it is not that the team will win or lose but the point spread, basically a favorite team may leave the underdog team covering the point spread while winning the game.

A conspiracy to manage point spread would be doomed to epic failure, to many people would have to know and sooner or later someone would talk.
