Are you considering adding a "marketplace" feature? Where you can bid, buy it now, etc. Not in a post anymore, more like a listing.

I do not think it is necessary, this is a forum of *bitcoin* in which people are discussing about it  , it was not created for be  a "marketplace ". It is not useful (in my opinion).

Not needed IMHO. Posting is enough as there is no big activities here. Some people bid via PM and OP post in the thread. So there is no drawbacks AFAIK.

Creating one isn't very hard but it is still a complex thing. Don't want further lags in the ANN.

It's something useful to have as it does get to the point quickly. However looking at this realistically, this is a forum not a Bitcoin classifieds website.
We should be allowed to discuss all posts/threads/items/services freely. One thing I think that I can be done is that we could be able to integrate
a listing within a post. So we could basically have a Poll layout but with a listing in it's place and a section to discuss it underneath.
It's an idea but a listing on it's own would not fit in here.

It would be cool to have but I think it may be a bit overkill. There are external ebay-like market sites like cryptothrift and I think this forum should concentrate on being a forum rather than a fully-functioning marketplace and the current Goods section seems ok as it is. I wouldn't be opposed to the idea but I think it would be more hassle than it is worth.

i dont think it is necessary because this is a bitcoin forum where talking with posts is the idea and not a online store.. just my opinion :)
