It is supply and demand , there are very few accounts from 2009-2011 and that is why they worth more. Also being from 2009 means you are a VERY early adaptor and could increase your trust status on the eyes of people. I know I would pay at least 0.5 for 2009 accounts, don't know about others. Probably you may get a 2011 account if you are able to find a seller.

I just found one at BTC0.0032 now here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=992029.msg10811410#msg10811410) and he claims that the account is from June 2014. Maybe you can bid it to earn a price difference?
