Hey all, been a miner for a while, never traded much through the forums, more on mt gox but i am selling the rest of my bitcoins for paypal.
I have 48 bitcoins remaining in my account and will take any amount around the current mt gox price. I'm happy to sell as many or as little

he gave me the paypal email i'm just checking to see if anyone can match that md5 that has received bitcoins from him

He's the one taking the risk here; you can always get your money back (with varying amounts of trouble) if he doesn't deliver.

But what if he will use the ClearCoin service? :)

If he doesn't release the coins in a reasonable amount of time, revoke the payment.  He'll be stuck waiting until the escrow clears up and you'll have your money back.

SCAMMER! I sent him $30 and he refused to send the bitcoins, do not trade with him!

i paid him as well and he stopped responding as soon as he got the cash. supposedly it didnt "clear," but usually when i send people payments via paypal it clears instantly

paypal wont do a thing, ive dealt with them before like this, its impossible to get money back
unless you paid with a credit card.

i'd try opening a dispute either way. mention you arent the only one this happened to and hope for the best. someone ban this scammer.

Im sorry guys, I think i made you feel safer causing you to trust this guy.

Not your fault, he was pretty convincing, and with credit card you can contact your credit company and issue a chargeback

na i didn't, first post really made me suspect something fishy so i told him to go over to otc but he wouldn't. Then, i posted the hash of his paypal email this made me really suspicious:

So the-miner and citiz3n turned out to be scammers.
Phew! I was smelling something fishy... and guess I was right.

I was in negotiations with both of these guys.
