There is no way to save on fees using the auto on sunday, all withdrawals now have fees (auto and slow same amount of fees, fast is obviously the more expensive). And yes, btc blockchain has now a very high fees if compared to other crypto.

Maybe fees are the cause. Atm fees are 6.241sat for both auto and slow withdraw and 26.527sat for the fast, so if your balance is less than 36.241sat (auto or slow withdraw) or 56.527sat (fast) you can't withdraw the minimun 30.000sat.

I don't think you have to worry, this is a pure phishing attempt.
Don't look at the mail address in the message, it can be added in the text or modified to show as the scammer wants you to see and is even possible that the L in "noreply" is an uperrcase i (it depends on fonts, this forum uses a proper font that shows a different i/I) so neither checking the real sender mail address can be a solution to demonstrate that is a fake address (but you can try it simply pointing mouse cursor or clicking on the sender, not in the mail message, just on the name displayed as a sender).
Anyway, the most probably thing that happened to you is this: you used the same freebtc account mail on other sites, probably a scam site or more than one. In the best scenario you used DIFFERENT PASSWORDS to create/join accounts (both on freebtc and the scam site/sites) and in this case the owner of the scam site can only knows that you have used a mail to get access on some other sites, but he/she doesn't know your password. In the worst scenario you have used SAME PASSWORDS so for the scammer now is possible to ge access to all sites you have used that password. Best thing to do is to change passwords on legit sites and activate 2fa if possible.

ps. if someone ask to make a deposit in order to be elegible to obtain a prize 99.99% is a scam anyway.
pps. that btc address is empty and never used (no transaction in or out, never).

Totally agree, even without considering taxes/fuel/shipping/etc I think the best choice is to get btc and ignore the car, BUT...

No, if someone says that was banned from an ip issue it seems a lot suspicious for me just beacuse doing only an ip check is the absolutely useless way to spot cheaters for ANY site, so if some users come here to say things like "hey, we were using the same wi-fi home connection and we got banned only for that" I can only hear something like "lets make some noise after getting caught cheating".
I really don't know what happened with your account BUT sure ip is not the problem, as I've stated before (and I am not the only one) using different ip or even using different devices with different ip didn't ever affected my account.

I change ip EVERY DAY with both devices I use (smartphone because I use the offline profile and that changes mobile ip in all phones in my Country, and pc because my landline provider did it on daily basis or 2/3days) and I never hand any problem in last 3years with freebtc.

In my opinion no app is needed, freebtc works perfectly in any device I've used (iphone, android phones, android tablet) simply using every built-in browser.

Freebtc never had an app, the only apps you can find are created by someone else that use some codes: in the best scenario you have downloaded an app with a referral code in it (using that app will means be a refer to who created the app) and in the worst scenario the app has a code to stole your account details, probably some apps do both things.

The free roll prizes are the same IN DOLLARS (probably from the faucet opening, but at least from when I've start to using it, 2016) so the amount of satoshi you can get changes a lot, based on btc value at the moment you claim.
Reward points are not "affected" by btc prize, they are the same whatever the btc value is. If memory serves me correctly they were all the same as now: 2points for every personal claim, 1point every ref claim, 1point every Xsat played on hi-low (this is the only RP source that changes based on btc value, if btc goes up you need to wager less, if btc goes down you need to wager more).
Even RP bonuses are the same as in the past.

I was a "solo-roller" for a long time but I was able (and I'am still able) to get a lot of sastoshis and RP simply doing claims and using "boosters" to get more btc and RP. If you can do more than 12claims in a day simply redeem the higher RP bonus (cost: 1.200RP) to get 100RP per single claim, better if you do that when promo is on during week-ends.

Agree again, the week-end promo is a good way to earn more RP than the other days, especially if you can not do a lot of claim so activating a booster has no real return.
Using RP is really a personal choice and it depends on personal habits, if you can/want claim more than 14/15times per day redeeming 100points AND +1.000/500/200% is sure more profitable than conversion, and if you can not there always conversion but it takes a lot of time without a lot of referrals.

1) Yes you are, but I've used that number (16claims per day) just as example, in fact I can do more than 16 but it depends on personal attitudes/needs... I have my smartphone 24/24 with me and claiming is a really fast thing (no captcha) so I can do a lot of claims, people like student or if their job "needs no distractions" can sure make less claim.
Anyway, the +1.000% booster is THE WORST! If you redeem one of them you get minimum prize plus 1.000%, at this time is 50sat+500st=550sat and 3.200points used. If you redeem +500% you get more than half of the +1.000%: 50sat+250sat=300sat and 1.600points used. Basically the less percentage you get the more satoshi you gain spending less points, that's because the minimum prize amount is always added to that percentage, 550sat with 3.200points is LESS THAN DOUBLE if you get 300sat for 1.600points, this means that you gain more activating 2 +500% booster instead 1 +1.000% (and it's more affordable if you cannot accumulate a lot of points, like with ref). The only reason to activate a +1.000% is that you really have a lot of points to spend, in that case there is no need to use lower boosters.
2) NO! The minimum prize is not 17sat but 50sat atm, if you have less than 50sat it means you have limitations so you are also unable to redeem boosters. In the example I've said AT LEAST 1.600sat per day with no ref, let's do the math with 16claims per day:
1st day: 1.200points to redeem +100points booster= 16*100points=1.600points (this just for the 1st day)
2nd day: 1.200points to redeem +100points booster AND 320points to redeem +100%sat booster= 16*100points=1.600points (you have the same amount every day so you will able to do the same) PLUS 50sat+100%=100sat per claim, 16*100sat=1.600sat.

If your balance is $100 or more you also have NO CAPTCHA and this is one of the best thing, I really hate re-captcha and solvemedia is available only on pc not on mobile device (or at least that is what it is in my country...). This is wxactly what I do, ref are sure a good way to accumulate satoshis and POINTS but I don't care: 16/18claims per day is possible (if you have the possibility/time/will) and I redeeem 100points booster evry day with +500/+1.000% btc booster but I can do that just because I have really active referrals. When I was "alone" and I had no ref I was doing the same, just redeeming minor btc boosters but still with the same strategy: +100points booster evryday and some btc booster if I was able to redeem one of them.
Don't use a btc booster (okok, btc reward bonus, I call them boosters!) without a point booster, you have to do all claim you can in 24h activation so there is no sense in activatin only one boosters at time...

If you use deposit/lottey tickets/gamblling to avoid limitations sure you will be in the same situation soon.
It's much better if you increase your balance to $50 (it doesn't matter where this amount come from: gambling/referral commisions/freee claim winnings/lottery/deposits/interests all si good) ant THEN redeem reward bonuses, just because with $50 in your balance the only factor involved is btc value.
With $50 balance and some "strategy" you can earn AT LEAST 1.600sat per day or even more (a lot more, excluding your referral commissions, points is the point...) with 16 claims per day, in my case i can get 3.000/6.000sat per day just by my claims plus the referrals points gained by their claims, I think this is the best way to use freebtc.
