I can not send the money again because I am not sure wether the transaction will be succeed eventually which means I may pay twice. And the reciever is so anxious because he has waiting for too long. What can we do now? How can I add more gas for this trasaction ? Or I can do nothing but wait?

The gas is 3 Gwei the terrible things happened : serveral transaction of ERC20 Toekn stay at pending status for more than 24 hours? Will the transaction be succeed finally? How long? Can I withdraw the transaction now?
