in my opinion, not yet because bitcoin users as digital currencies have been popular in various major countries, and during its development, Bitcoin has reached the lowest Bitcoin value in 10 years of its journey, but its value slowly starts to rise and improve again.
in my opinion this is legal. It seems to be a scam because of different opinions and perceptions but the Bank has not really changed its mind about anything else. In the Philippines, banks and remittances accept bitcoin. But there is no store available. If there are several, it doesn't consume much at all because getting and producing bitcoin is very difficult today.
