As per current market status it shown totally bearish but hope for the best , Ethereum must rise again because it has to be , I think Ethereum can capable to cross $500 to $800 this year as we learn from the past.

It is difficult to say best for one wallet due to there are many wallets , but try to check Atomic wallet and Hodler Wallet, Atomic wallet have many coins to keep in same wallet, but Hodler wallet have some new updates
